Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your workspace settings. Changes are reflected immediately.

Is there a discount for non-profits?

We offer additional discounts and tailored plans for registered 501(c)(3) organizations and equivalent NGOs worldwide. Contact our support team to learn more.

What happens if I exceed my submission limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. Once reached, your forms will temporarily stop accepting new responses until the next month or you upgrade your plan.
